- Where do you ship?
- Sundazed ships to the continental 48 United States from our Fort Lauderdale, Florida studio. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or APO/FPO addresses.
- How much does shipping cost?
- Orders over $120 ship free. For orders under $120, shipping is $8 to Southeast states, $11 to Midwest and Northeast states, and $15 to the rest of the lower-48. The exact rate is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
- How long until my pair ships?
- Every pair is handmade to order in our Fort Lauderdale studio. We typically ship within 1–3 business days, with delivery in 3–7 business days after that depending on your state.
- Are Sundazed sunglasses really one of one?
- Yes. Each pair is hand-assembled and never duplicated. The exact frame, lens, and finish combination you order will not be made again.
- Do you accept returns?
- We accept free returns on unworn pairs within 14 days of delivery. Worn pairs and custom commissions are final sale.
- Can I commission a custom pair?
- Yes — for festival looks, weddings, or branded events, reach out through our contact page with your vision and timeline.
